EMHI fosters a community of thinkers who are continuously investigating and experimenting with new ideas and ways to solve problems and improve processes. Advanced modeling capabilities include the Open Trichotomy Model©, the Management Control Model and network simulations. Current efforts entail development of a holistic management model supporting Agile applications. Please see below for additional details.
Research and Development

Resilient Agility
Research Projects Underway

This project entails research into the underlying fabric involving decision styles, personalities and types of techniques that makes an endeavor successful.

The Open Trichotomy Model (OTM)

The OTM portrays decision analysis in a concatenated set of triads representing "positonality" based on proximity values. It allows for modeling complex societal/organizational structures and relationships.

n-Dimensional Mgmnt Control Model (MCM)

The MCM models any initiative in a manner that maintains relationships both across and within entities making up a given entity regardless of its size. The model is robust enough to portray connectivity from the universe down to a single individual and tasks being worked.

Project Failure Analysis, Methodology Selection

Although a plethora of Project Management Methodologies (PMM) exist, a large number of projects are concluded as failures. Yet, an agreed upon understanding of failure nor success doesn't exist. This research theorizes that methodology selection is flawed leading to failures. Further, it aims to identify a standard means to identify failure and success whilst providing a decision aid supporting proper methodology selection and application.
